Who we are and agreement
Izzy’s Tech Break is operated by Ysabel Guzman. These terms apply to this website and its digital products. Before purchasing, read these terms and the product description. What you are buying
The Study Break Companion is a one-time $15 USD digital download for the existing 65-lesson A+ video collection. It includes an 88-page complete PDF workbook, separate Core 1 and Core 2 PDFs, and an answer guide. These files overlap: the split PDFs provide another way to use the complete workbook. No physical item, exam voucher, certification, coaching, or subscription is included. Review the free preview before buying. The video lessons remain free.
Delivery and compatibility
After Stripe confirms successful payment, you return to a download page. Some payment methods confirm later; access remains pending until payment succeeds. Save the download page and download your ZIP within 30 days of checkout. Keep your own backup. If you cannot return to the page, lose access, or have a file problem, email us with your Stripe receipt; do not send card numbers or passwords. We do not promise automatic email delivery. Open the ZIP to access the PDFs. Form filling and saving require a compatible PDF reader; mobile and browser viewers vary. The worksheets can also be printed on US Letter paper.
All purchases are non-refundable
All purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Because these are digital products, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Review the product description and preview before paying. This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any remedies required for non-delivery or a defective or misdescribed product. Contact tech_break@yahoo.com for billing mistakes, access failures, or required remedies. Nothing in these terms prevents a lawful payment dispute.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants one learner a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, annotate, and print the materials for personal study. You may keep your downloaded files for your personal use after the download window ends. Copyright remains with Izzy’s Tech Break and relevant rights holders. Do not resell, upload publicly, redistribute, share access links, or remove rights notices. Contact us before classroom, team, or commercial use.
Educational use and safe practice
Materials provide general education and original practice activities. They are not official exam questions, complete exam preparation, individualized professional advice, or a substitute for vendor documentation and authorized hands-on training. Only practice on systems you own or have permission to use. Follow current vendor instructions, backups, organizational policy, and electrical safety precautions.
Accuracy and results
Technology, vendor products, support status, and exam objectives change. We aim for useful, accurate explanations but do not promise that every detail is current or error-free. No certification, exam score, employment, income, or other outcome is guaranteed. Report suspected errors to tech_break@yahoo.com.
Acceptable use and community content
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, infringe rights, or submit unlawful or identifying workplace content. Break Room tickets are fictional humor. Do not include real names, employers, customer information, screenshots, passwords, or actual tickets. Email submissions are reviewed before any publication; sending a submission does not guarantee publication.
Payments and third-party services
Stripe processes checkout. Your payment is subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Other linked services have their own terms. We do not control third-party availability or their content. A successful payment is required for paid downloads; failed or reversed payments do not grant download access.
Liability and non-excludable rights
To the extent permitted by law, materials are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Izzy’s Tech Break is not responsible for indirect losses from reliance on general educational content or unauthorized changes to systems. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
Updates will be posted with a new effective date. The terms and product description presented at purchase apply to that purchase; later updates do not retroactively remove purchased rights.
