Information used for this site
We use information needed to operate the website, support purchases, and respond to messages. If you email us, we receive the information you send. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or sensitive workplace/customer information.
Payments and download access
Stripe processes payment details and may collect your contact and billing information and provide transaction information to us. Payment-card entry is handled by Stripe; our download service does not store full card numbers. Our site stores purchase identifiers, payment status, purchase time, terms version, and a download-access record so a verified purchase can unlock the bundle. We use this information for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and transaction records.
Device storage and service providers
Lesson completion is stored locally in your browser on that device. Break Room private previews stay on the page; choosing an email review option opens your email app and lets you decide whether to send. Hosting and payment providers may process device, network, and security information needed to run their services. This notice does not describe those providers’ independent practices. Retention and choices
Purchase and support records may be retained for delivery, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Download links are available for 30 days; this does not imply that all transaction records are deleted after 30 days. Clear browser storage to remove locally saved lesson completion. Email tech_break@yahoo.com to ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
